Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal regions are likely to receive moderate rain for the next 6 days from today due to the change in the speed of the westerly winds.

In this situation, it is currently raining heavily in various parts of Chennai. Guindy, Ekatuthangal, Ashok Nagar, Vadapalani, Koyambedu, T. Nagar etc.

The Meteorological Center has informed that rain will continue for the next 3 hours in 13 districts including Chennai.

Moderate rain in 13 districts namely Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Perambalur, Ariyalur, Salem, Trichy, Sivagangai, Chengalpattu, Ramanathapuram, Nellai, Kumari.
